not working? A1. Because it was not setup according to the username rules found on the main Spark page. Please go back to the registration section and re-create your account name. |

I have setup multiple
account names, which do I use and What happens to the others? A2. You will use the account name that is setup as Firstname_Lastname format. The additional accounts will be deleted. |

Someone else has
already taken my name what do I use as the login name? A3. If their is some one else with your first and last name and you do not have a middle initial you can add to the beginning of your last name, then create your own username and email the technology services help desk at HELP@mdjonline.com so that the account is not deleted. |

Q4. How do I remove
the history from the main chat window? A4. Go to the the main tool bar in Spark and click on Spark >Preference >checkmark Disable Chat History or CLICK HERE for PDF instructions |

to Spark outside the company network? A5. Yes, Spark IM service is available outside the company network. In the Server section located on the Spark Login screen, type in spark.mdjsupport.com which is the same address you would use internally. |

another XMPP applet besides Spark? A6. Within the company you will need to use Spark and from home it is recommended to use Spark. From outside the company network you can use what ever XMPP client you want, but their is no setup support offered. |

internal and external IP addresses for Spark ? A8. The Spark Client should be able to use the DNS address of spark.mdjsupport.com both internally and externally. In some cases it maybe necessary to use the IP address in the Server space on the client login screen.
